Chalahn Falls is one of the harder to get to falls in the Lamington National Park region. It was about 12km or so into a hike we started before dawn before we reached Chalahn, but this overgrown and isolated waterfall is quite beautiful, especially with its moss covered rocks and fallen trees. So much so I’ve made two prints available of it in this online shop!
This photograph was taken further back from Chalahn using two trees from the surrounding forest to frame the waterfall and add some compositional interest.
